Maple Village Country Club's picnic area is available for rental for private parties.
MVCC members are able to rent picnic areas and have access to the pool for a nominal fee. Pool party reservations can be made and require a non-refundable $50 deposit. Parties are subject to availability. Parties that are canceled due to inclement weather can be re-scheduled.
All pool parties during regular hours are to be held in the picinc area or on the basketball/tennis court. The pool deck is reserved for members.
Members will be charged the entire party balance once the pool manager confirms availability (approx 48 hours).

Daytime (12:00PM - 4:00PM)

- more than 50 people $250.00
Evening (5:00PM - 9:00PM)
- up to 50 people $175.00
- more than 50 people $275.00
After Hours (Fri/Sat 9PM - 12AM or Sat/Sun 9:00AM - 12:00PM)
- up to 50 people $300.00
- more than 50 people $400.00
